Calendar looks wrong? Send the share link from the tool ("Copy share link") and the date that differs from your roster. The link holds only the schedule settings.
Missing a pattern? Tell us the cycle as your employer writes it, for example "2 days, 2 nights, 4 off", and how many crews there are.
Billing or sign-in? Write from the email address you paid with.
