The shift calendar itself is free, with no account and no limits. Pro adds four extras for people who want their schedule to keep itself up to date or look good on a wall.
Paid exports are not available yet. Checkout will open when payments are ready. All free features below stay free.
Free, for everyone
- Every preset pattern and your own custom cycle, any crew, any start date, any year from 2024 to 2035.
- The whole year on screen with public holidays and today highlighted, plus the crew rotation chart.
- Date lookup, "Which crew am I?", days off together, and yearly stats with an hours and overtime estimate.
- Print, PNG, month and whole-year PDFs without watermarks, a one-time .ics file, CSV, share links and saving in your browser.
Pro plans
Annual Pro
$19 / year
Every Pro output for a year. Billed every year and renews automatically until you cancel from your Account page; access continues to the end of the paid year. A calendar sync link runs until your paid-through date — after each renewal, come back and press "Get sync link" again for a link that runs to the new date.
Lifetime Pro
$29 once
Every Pro output, for good. One payment, no renewal, and your calendar sync link never expires. Sign in with your email on any device.
What Pro includes
- Live calendar sync — one link for Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar that refreshes by itself, for one crew or several. The link holds only the schedule settings, its expiry date and a signature: no email and no personal data.
- Yearbook PDF — 13 pages: a year overview and one page per month with holidays, paydays, monthly hours and overtime, and your notes. Notes are written into the PDF in your browser.
- Crew poster PDF — every crew on one A3, A4 or Letter page, with your unit name and logo added in your browser.
- Excel workbook — a summary sheet with pay formulas, 12 month sheets and all crews side by side.

Billing questions
What happens to my sync link when the Annual plan renews? Links are signed with an expiry date when you create them. After your plan renews, press "Get sync link" again and replace the old subscription; the old link then shows a single "Sync expired — renew and re-subscribe" reminder instead of shifts.
How do I cancel? From your Account page. You keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Who handles payment? Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card. Prices are in USD, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. See our refund policy and privacy policy.
