14-day refunds on every plan, handled by email.
Refunds
If ShiftPatternCalendar did not work for you, email shiftpatterncalendar@vezli.net within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions beyond what you tried. This applies to Annual Pro and Lifetime Pro alike.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Account page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Renewal charges can be refunded under the same 14-day rule.
Calendar sync links created on Annual Pro keep working until the paid-through date they were created with, and then show a single reminder event instead of shifts. Your free calendar, prints and downloads are not affected.
Before you ask
Most problems are a wrong cycle day 1 or crew. Check those in the shift calendar generator, or email us your share link and we will look at it with you.
