The service

ShiftPatternCalendar is provided as is. It calculates shift calendars from the pattern, crew and start date you enter. Check important dates against the schedule your employer publishes before relying on them; if the two differ, your employer's schedule is the one that counts.

Hours, overtime and pay figures are estimates based on the rule you choose. They are not legal, tax or payroll advice. Your employer's rules, your contract and the law that applies to you decide what you are paid.

Paid plans

Paid plans unlock the Pro outputs described on the pricing page. Annual Pro is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it from the Account page. Lifetime Pro is a single payment with no renewal. Annual sync links run until the paid-through date at the time you create them; after a renewal, create a new link. Lifetime sync links do not expire. See the refund policy for refunds and cancellation.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass payment, alter signed sync links, or overload it with automated requests. We may stop serving links or access that are used this way.
